Abstract:The study aimed to identify e-learning and its requirements in light of the Corona pandemic at Al-Quds Open University in the Gaza Strip and ways to develop it from the point of view of its employees and to provide full support for e-learning within universities. The study sample consisted of (70) administrators and academics, from the total number of administrators and academics at Al-Quds Open University for the northern and Gaza branches. They were selected according to gender, educational qualification, years of experience, and training courses. In his study, the researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach appropriate to the nature of the phenomenon and the subject of the study. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used a questionnaire consisting of (19) items distributed over the questionnaire’s areas. The study reached several results, the most notable of which are: The first field of e-learning and its requirements in light of the Corona pandemic received a relative weight of 80.00% to a large degree.
