Abstract: The study aimed to reveal the degree of influence of teachers’ participation in school decision-making on their professional performance in schools in the northeastern Badia from their point of view. The descriptive approach was used. The results showed that the degree of teachers’ participation in school decision-making in schools in the northeastern Badia was moderate. In light of the results of the study, the study recommended the necessity of raising the degree of teachers’ participation in school decisions, and delegating powers and responsibilities to teachers in a way that makes them feel their position.
