Authors publishing in the International Jordanian Journal Aryam for Humanities and Social Sciences (IJJA) retain full ownership of the intellectual property of their work.

By submitting and publishing in IJJA, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive right to publish, distribute, and disseminate the article under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

This ensures that authors remain the rightful owners of their work, while permitting the journal to make the work publicly available as part of its open access policy.

All articles published in IJJA are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

The license permits:

• Sharing: Copying and redistributing the material in any medium or format
• Adaptation: Remixing, transforming, and building upon the material for any purpose, including commercial use

Under the condition that appropriate credit is given to the original authors and the journal as the source.

Author Rights

Authors retain the following rights without restriction:

• Reuse of their work in books, future research, and teaching materials
• Distribution of the article to colleagues, students, or research groups
• Archiving in institutional or subject repositories

All reuse must include a proper citation to the version published in IJJA.

Authors are permitted to deposit versions of their work in institutional or subject repositories in accordance with open access policies.

Permissions and Third-Party Material

Authors are responsible for obtaining written permission for any third-party copyrighted materials included in their manuscripts.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Figures, tables, or images reproduced from other sources
• Any copyrighted material not originally created by the authors

Evidence of permission may be requested by the journal at any stage of the publication process.
