Cases contained on the documentary editorial in Algerian law

Abstract: The documentary editorial are the papers the decision of the contractors is fully established, they are the subject of the legally prescribed forms when they are issued either by a public official  or an officer. To be recognized as official documents, the documentary editorial must have the absolute volumetric either between the contractors or with other people because they are considered as an essential proof whack keeps the contractors ‘rights legal and safe .in Addition, those documents could be strong evidence inside the court because of the absolute volumetric that characterizes them and by which the judge is restricted.But if those documentary editorial  lose some of their formality or subjectivity or if those documents are a subject of  counterfeiting , abrasion, jamming or if the editor document proved to be invalid because  some of their  conditions  are missing , the judge must intervene  thought an invitation brought  by one of  the litigants to reduce its value and to drop its official  capacity by signing the nullity or  proving the counterfeiting .
