Abstract: This study aimed to evaluate the dimensions of Jordanian policies to combat the terrorist phenomenon, and it was based on a main premise that: Jordanian policies to combat the terrorist phenomenon focus on the security and military dimensions at the expense of the political and economic dimensions. To test this hypothesis, the study dealt with the dangers of terrorism on Jordan and the motives for combating it, and then the study touched on the dimensions of Jordanian policies to combat the terrorist phenomenon politically, economically, security and militarily. And the descriptive statistical approach to clarify the different aspects of the study. The study proved that Jordanian policies in combating the terrorist phenomenon focus more on security and military policies than on economic and political policies. With the economic dimension in the second place, and attention to the political dimension in the third place, which means that there is a clear discrepancy and defect in the Jordanian policy to combat terrorism and must be corrected.
