The problem of the study was represented by the lack of interest in electronic management and the resulting development of human resources and improvement of the company’s performance in the final form, which represents the essence of the cognitive problem of the research. Six main hypotheses were adopted that show the variation in the study variables and the relationship and influence between them. To test the validity of these hypotheses, data related to the variables of the study model were collected using a questionnaire prepared for this purpose. It was analysed using a set of statistical methods and the results were extracted using the computer program (SPSS-20). The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is the existence of significant differences between the variables of electronic management and the variables of human resources management and the reflection of this on the company’s performance. Based on the conclusions reached by the study, recommendations were presented that are consistent with these conclusions.

The results of the study also showed that there were statistically significant differences at the significance level (≤ 0.05α) between the response of the experimental group members and the control group to the post-measurement on the psychological and technical variables and in favor of the experimental group. In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommends the importance of designing specialized mental skill training programs aimed at improving the variables Psychological and artistic development in promising students.
